Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing more than 45 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less 50% of the deposit paid at the time of booking. Cancellations received 30-44 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit paid at time of booking. Cancellations received 1-29 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total amount paid. A reduction in nights will be considered a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policies contained herein.
Damage Deposit
We require a signed pre-authorization for a damage deposit of $500.00 on your credit card at check in. Please report any damage that you notice immediately to West Canadian Reservations Inc. when you arrive at the unit so that you will not be charged for those damages. A lost key fee of $50 per key will be deducted from the damage deposit if key(s) are missing upon departure.
Check In time is after 4 PM on the day of arrival. If you are unable to arrive before 6:00 pm, please contact our office in advance to make special arrangements. Check out time is 10 AM on the day of departure.
Cleaning of Unit
Guests are required to complete the cleaning requirements that are posted in each accommodation prior to checking out. These requirements include washing and putting away all dishes, leaving accommodations organized and tidy, and taking all garbage to the disposal site. The damage deposit will be charged for the cost of additional cleaning at a fee of $150.00.
Age Requirement
West Canadian Reservations Inc. caters to families and mature adult groups only. Renters must be over 25 years of age unless part of a family. (i.e. Parents with children) West Canadian Reservations Inc. reserves the right to evict any guest from the unit if they do not meet the age requirement.
Animals (Pets)
No animals (pets) are allowed on the premises at any time with guests or visitors of guests. Any guest found to have a pet/animal in their unit on the premises will be evicted immediately and will forfeit all pre-paid rents and deposits.
Noise/Parties
There is zero tolerance for noise or parties. West Canadian Reservations Inc. reserves the right to evict any guest and all pre-paid rents, deposits shall be considered earned and therefore be retained by the West Canadian Reservations Inc.
Number in Party
The maximum number of guests per unit must not exceed the posted capacity on West Canadian Reservation Inc. website. No extra guest will be permitted to stay overnight in the unit. Visitors of the unit guests are required to be off the property by no later than 11:00pm
